POLITICAL REFUGEE

You never know how much I miss my motherland
And dream to be there again,
Watching the reapers working with strong hand,
In the twilight
And enjoy the beautiful life
Of our countryside.
Will the Freedom turn to us?
If it will,
We have to keep so tight, so strong in though
That, where there is no freedom, human right is nothing
Because with the “Red Communist” there is no “Green.”

Bạn làm sao hiểu lòng tôi
Xa quê, mơ trở lại nơi nhớ còn
Ðời đẹp, trong buổi hoàng hôn
Mạnh tay thợ gặt làng thôn, thấy rồi…
Tự Do về lại? Làm người,
Chúng tôi giữ vững cuộc đời tự do
Vì chưng, không có Tự Do
Và Nhân quyền, chẳng ra trò trống chi
Ðỏ lòm Cộng Sản một khi
Bạn ơi! Ðời có còn gì xanh tươi!

Vous ne savez jamais combien je regretter ma patrie maternelle
et rêve pour être là encore,
observant les moissonneuses travailler
avec la main forte, au crépuscule
et appréciez la belle vie de notre campagne.

La liberté se tournera-t-elle vers nous?
S'il, nous devons garder tellement fortement, si fort dedans cependant que,
là où il n'y a aucune liberté, le droit de l'homme n'est rien.
parce qu'avec “le communiste rouge”
il n'y a aucun “vert”.

LE REFUGIÉ POLITIQUE
Vous ne sauriez combien ma terre natale m’a manquée.
Je rêve d’y revenir
Pour contempler les paysans faire la moisson,
leur mains fortes,
À la lueur du bon matin.
Et j’aurais la joie de vivre
La beauté de ma campagne.
La liberté nous reviendrait–elle?
Et si elle revenait,
Nous la garderions précieusement et nous aurions conscience
Que sans elle nous n’aurions pas nos droits humains
Et que sous le “Communisme Rouge”
Il n’y aurait pas de “vert”
